臭氧穴位注射结合体外冲击波治疗肩手综合征的60例临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objiective: Ozone observation point injection combined with the clinical curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave treatment of shoulder hand syndrome. Methods: From February 2016 to August 2017, 60 patients with shoulder hand syndrome e were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated by injection of ozone acupoints (Jianyu point, Jianjing point, Jianliao point, Ashi point) and extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The control group was treated by pure electric acupuncture. At the end of the course of treatment comparing two groups of patients pain and improve clinical comprehensive curative effects, and for 2 months, 3 months after treatment, dynamic follow-up. Results: After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group one week after treatment, two months after treatment and three months after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Ozone acupoint injection combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy can effectively improve the pain in patients with shoulder hand syndrome and clinical symptoms, stable and long-term effect, clinical worth extending.关键词
