Study on the clinical evaluation of acute lumbar sprain with modified positioning oblique pull method

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the modified version of the oblique pull method in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods: From January 2017 to March 2018, 80 patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The observation group was treated with modified positioning oblique pull and bed rest, while the control group was given only oral Fenbid and bed rest. Visual analogue score (VAS) and waist activity were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: Visual analogue score (VAS) and lumbar activity degree in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The modified positioning oblique pull method can effectively treat acute lumbar sprain.关键词
