摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the methods and efficacy of modified TESSYS technology for lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: Complete follow-up data from 50 cases of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated with modified TESSYS technology were selected to compare the changes of VAS and Oswestry scores at the time of before operation and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation. Results: 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the VAS and Oswestry scores of 50 cases were significantly decreased, which had statistical difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Modified TESSYS technology is a kind of safe and effective minimally invasive surgical treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis, which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.关键词
