Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods: 114 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into observation group (57 cases) and control group (57 cases), the control group accepted conventional nursing while observation group received comfort nursing intervention, compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results: After nursing, the improvement of NIHSS and BI scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Comfort nursing intervention is conducive to improve the life quality and therapeutic effect of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma and deserves promotion.关键词
