Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the the implementation of the "Trade Union Act" in grass-roots community health service center, in order to provide guidance for protecting the lawful rights and interests of staff. Methods: June 2017, all of 131 staff in Shanghai Pudong new area airport community health service center were selected to analyze their awareness rate of "Trade Union Act" related knowledge before and after intervention, and found out the factors which were affecting the trade union rights protection with single-and multi-factor conditional Logistic regression model. Results: After education, the related knowledge of "Trade Union Act" of 131 staff had improved (P＜0.05); two factors which were affecting the trade union rights protection were ultimately selected by single-and multi-factor conditional Logistic regression model: "will you go to the trade union for help if you're suffering from living difficulties" (OR=1.211, P=0.027), "do you think that this unit keeps strictly the rules for reward and punishment" (OR=1.112, P=0.035). Conclusion: To the two factors which were affecting the trade union rights protection, we should enhance the education of "Trade Union Act" in future to provide basis for protecting the lawful rights and interests of staff.关键词
