风电爬坡事件研究综述及展望
Review and Prospect of Research on Wind Power Ramp Events

Abstract
Wind power ramp events are prone to lead to imbalance of active power in power system, destroy frequency stability and even cause large-scale load shedding, posing a serious threat to safety, stability and economy of power grid operation. Related research progress of wind power ramp events is reviewed from three aspects: definition, forecasting method and control strategy. Firstly, common definitions of ramp events are compared and analyzed, and advantages, disadvantages and applications of these definitions are clarified. Secondly, current research status of ramp event forecasting methods is summarized from direct and indirect forecasting methods, according to whether it is judged with wind power forecasting result. Commonly used evaluation indexes of forecasting methods are summarized. Then, basic ideas and control methods of finite ramp control strategy without energy storage and principle and research progress of combined wind-storage ramp control strategy are presented. Finally, future research directions of wind power ramp events are prospected.关键词
