摘要

Abstract

The high voltage disconnector is widely applied to the substation, and their working conditions have great impacts on the safe operation of the substation. Over the years, the accident caused by disconnector mechanical failure has serious consequences. At present, for the mechanical defects such as the clamping stagnation of the conduct tube knuckle, failure of the balance spring, and uncompleted closing operation, the existing methods are mostly based on the preventive measures and the experience diagnosis, which are not complete. This paper proposes a method based on the corner signal of disconnector. In this paper, a GW6 type disconnector is used as the research object, the angle-time curve of three typical mechanical failure of the disconnector is measured and analyzed, and the disconnector mechanical failure diagnosis process based on the operating rod angle-time curve is established, which can provide guidance for the maintenance of the disconnector, discover the mechanical failure timely to prevent the accident from expanding.
