Abstract
In this paper, on the basis of sweep frequency impedance method (SFI), the equivalent circuits of double-winding transformer, which are suitable for SFI simulation analysis, are proposed with the difference of the frequency range. Firstly, the entire frequency range is separated into low frequency range and high frequency range by the frequency which is corresponding to the first peak impedance value in SFI curve. Secondly, a transformer lumped parameter T-equivalent circuit in low frequency range is established by analyzing the coupled inductors. In high frequency range, a distributed parameter ladder equivalent circuit is used for SFI analysis. Finally, the accuracy of the equivalent circuits is validated by means of a comparison between measured and emulated SFI results in a wide frequency range from 10 Hz up to 1 MHz.关键词
