Abstract
The PD problem is one of the bottlenecks affecting the development and promotion of SIRMU. In order to solve the problem of PD of SIRMU, the reasons and the locations of the PD are analyzed in detail from the causes of PD and its classification, which is based on the structural characteristics of switch module. Some solutions of the PD problem are put forward by electric field analyzing and optimizing with the finite element software, which are solved by adding shields in key parts of switch module. The proposed solutions have completely solved the problem of PD of switch module, which are suitable for industrial production after verification.关键词
