Study on the satisfaction of operating room nursing quality and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
To discuss the nursing satisfaction evaluation and related factors of the surgical patients in the operation room.Methods : From 2015 to 2017, 300 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected to investigate the nursing satisfaction of all patients. Results: all the patients were satisfied with the nursing quality of the operating room. The main factors affecting the satisfaction of nursing quality in the operating room were the educational background of the patients and the occupation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Evaluation of satisfaction with nursing quality in operating room all patients are relatively satisfied, nurses need Lo analyze in many ways to meet the nursing needs of different patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients about nursing quality of operating room.关键词
