摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of infusion port and peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC) in patients with breast cancer.[Methods]A total of 792 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The patients in the two groups were treated with PICC and the port of infusion respectively. The complications in the two groups of patients with PICC, implantable venous access port (IVAP) and the patient's satisfaction with the infusion method were observed.[Results]In the control group, there were 15 cases of catheter-related infection, 12 cases of local swelling, 14 cases of duct blockage and 11 cases of pinch-off syndrome. In the observation group, there were 2 cases of catheter-associated infection, 2 cases of local swelling, 3 cases of duct blockage and 1 case of pinch-off syndrome. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.96% (8/409), significantly lower than that in the control group (13.58%, 52/383) (P <0.01). The satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group was (28.55 ± 5.02), which was significantly higher than (21.93 ± 7.43) in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion]Compared with PICC, the use of IVAP has a low incidence of complications and a higher patient satisfaction. It is a safe and effective way of central venous infusion, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
