Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the application of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRTT) in patients with severe multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in intensive care unit (ICU).[Methods]One hundred ICU patients with MODS in our hospital were selected, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intermittent hemodialysis, the experimental group was treated with CRRT, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.[Results]Before treatment, the difference in the mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and cardiac index (CI) between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after 2-week treatment, MAP, HR and CI in the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group (P <0.05); after 2-week treatment, MAP, HR and CI in both two groups were significantly superior to those before treatment (P <0.05); after 30-day treatment, the mortality rate in the experimental group was 38% (19/50), which was significantly lower than 70% (35/50) in the control group.[Conclusion]The use of CRRT therapy in ICU patients with severe MODS is beneficial to maintain hemodynamics in stable state, buy more treatment time for the patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients, it is worthy of in-depth clinical research and application.关键词
