Abstract

[Objective]To explore the application value of "3 C" therapy in treatment of type 1 diabetes in children, and to guide the clinical treatment.[Methods]A total of 96 children with type 1 diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects, according to the order of admission, they were divided into the therapy group and the control group. During the nursing period, the therapy group was given "3 C" therapy, and the control group was given multiple subcutaneous insulin injection. Fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Recovery period of blood glucose, insulin doses and the incidence of hypoglycemia were all compared between these two groups.[Results]After treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the therapy group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05); after 3 and 6 months treatment, glycosylated hemoglobin of the therapy group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); the time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the therapy group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05); insulin doses in the therapy group was smaller than that in the control group (P <0.05); the incidence of hypoglycemia in the treatment group was 31.25% (15/48), the incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was 75.00% (36/48), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).[Conclusion]Clinical efficacy of "3 C" therapy in treating children with newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes is more conducive to control blood glucose, reduce insulin dosage and shorten the time of blood glucose reaching the standard and effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and it is worth clinical application.
