耳内镜下与耳科显微镜下鼓膜修补术临床应用对比研究OA
Comparison of clinical application of endoscopic myringoplasty and myringoplasty under ear microscope
目的 对比研究耳内镜下与耳科显微镜下鼓膜修补术的临床应用价值.方法 选取2014年5月-2017年6月该院收治的鼓膜穿孔患者90例,其中38例接受耳内镜下鼓膜修补术患者作为内镜组,另52例接受显微镜下鼓膜修补术患者作为显微镜组.内镜组行内镜下鼓膜修补术,显微镜组行耳科显微镜下鼓膜修补术.比较两组手术情况、鼓膜穿孔愈合及手术疗效.结果 耳内镜组手术出血量、术后疼痛、鼓膜穿孔愈合及纯音听阈等情况较显微镜组均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);…查看全部>>
[Objective]To contrast the clinical value of myringoplasty under endoscope or otology microscope.[Methods]From May 2014 to June 2017, 90 cases of tympanic membrane perforation treated in our hospital were selected.
