Abstract
[Objective]To contrast the clinical value of myringoplasty under endoscope or otology microscope.[Methods]From May 2014 to June 2017, 90 cases of tympanic membrane perforation treated in our hospital were selected. Among them, 38 cases who received endoscopic tympanoplasty were chosen as the endoscopic group, and the other 52 cases who received tympanic membrane repair under microscope were chosen as the microscope group. Patients in the endoscopic group underwent endoscopic myringoplasty, and patients in the microscope group underwent otology microscope myringoplasty. The operation of the two groups, the healing of perforation of the tympanic membrane and the effect of the operation were compared.[Results]The amount of operative bleeding, postoperative pain, healing of tympanic membrane perforations, pure tone audiometry of the endoscopic group were significantly improved than those of the microscope group (P ＜0.05); the curative effect of two groups was similar, the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).[Conclusion]Endoscopic and otology microscope myringoplasty have similar efficacy, and the ear endoscopic surgery is worthy of promotion with less operative bleeding, less pain and significantly relieved pain.关键词
