Abstract
The Cu-40%Pb hypermonotectic alloy was prepared by rapid quenching of copper mold, using the combination of cycle overheat and glass melting and purification.Based on the analysis of energy spectrum and related theory, the nucleation competition of liquid phase separation was studied.The results show that the L1 phase of the rich Cu is the first phase from the liquid phase nucleation of the alloy melting, this is the source of the partial monotectic cell in the subsequent solidification process of Cu-Pb hypermonotectic alloy.关键词
