摘要

Abstract

The microstructure of an as-cast austenitic heat and wear-resistant steel was investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-Ray.The results show that the cast microstructure of the experimental steel are constituted of dendritic austenitic, eutectic and a small number of uniform distribution Mn S, the carbides of the eutectic are typical herringbone, the type included M6C (M stands for Fe, W, Cr, Mo) and MX (M stands for Nb, X was C and N) ;After above 1 200 ℃ solution treatment, the M6C carbide is dissolved little by little, but MX carbonitride particle is modelized and grow up, and the hardness gradually decrease, with the thermal insulation temperature rise and extension of time.
