摘要
Abstract
The effect of temperature field on the grain growth of starter block of the spiral grain selector was numerical simulated by Pro CAST software.On the basis of simulation and experiment, the variation of grain orientation, density and the size of the starter block were investigated.The results show that with the increase of starter block height, the orientation of the grains is optimized, and the grain density decreases and the grain size increases, which provides theoretical support for the height design of the starter block.It can explain the evolution of grain competition growth of the spiral grain selector in the macroscopic and microcosmic way, which provide the theoretical basis for actual production.关键词
