Abstract
A kind of steel which has medium carbon and low alloy as the substrate materials, for reference of particle reinforced surface composite casting technology, combined with the EPC casting technology, the materials of particle strengthening phase casting were carried out on its surface.The high wear-resisting and cast-penetrated the hammer head was prepared by studying the particle precast skeleton materials and the casting process, and which were characterized by a cast-penetrated layer with certain thickness and particle dispersion.The layer of test specimens of cast-penetrated particles reaches 710 mm;the average microhardness of matrix on the hard particle layer surface is HV 581.3, and the average microhardness of the particles is HV1 890.6 after heat treatment.The Wear test results show that the wear resistance of the three materials is the cast-penetrated layer, the high chromium cast iron, and testing steel (no particle), the static friction and wear performance of the casting particle reinforced layer is theoretically 7 to 8 times higher than that of high chromium cast iron.关键词
