Abstract
The four geometrical parameters affecting the blade profile were determined by selecting the blade type which was more suitable for casting, from satisfying the same design conditions and reducing the casting difficulty angle of turbine blades, such as the leading edge wedge angle Φ1, the trailing edge wedge angle Φ2, the leading edge radius r1 and the trailing edge radius r2.The implicit function relation between the optimal target and the four blade geometry parameters was derived.A mathematical model of blade profile optimization based on MATLAB was established.Optimum design of blade profile of turbine blade was determined.The numerical simulation analysis of hydraulic performance and structural strength of the optimized blades proves the feasibility of this optimization method.关键词
