Effect of Milling Time on the Properties of Fe-Si-Al Alloy Powder

Abstract
The effect on the particle size, morphology, the electromagnetic parameters and the electromagnetic loss of Fe-Si-Al powder were investigated, and the reflection loss value of X-band electromagnetic wave was simulated.The results show that the powder refinement, the thickness ratio and the degree of flatness are increased with the increase of the ball milling time.The imaginary part of the dielectric constant, the imaginary part of the magnetic conductivity and the original powder have been improved after milling.It is indicated that the electromagnetic parameters of alloy powders are optimized with the time of ball milling.When the ball milling time is 10 h and the materials thickness is 2.4 mm, the minimum absorption value of-38.39 d B at 10.25 GHz can be obtained.关键词
