Abstract
Based on the influence of different elements on the continuous cooling phase transformation of materials theory, phase diagram and performance calculation software, the high-carbon bainite steel Fe-1.3 Cr-1.2 Mn-0.5 Mo-1.1 Si-0.55 C was designed and could be cooled continuously in air.The equilibrium phase composition and continuous transformation curve (CCT) of the steel were studied, the heat treatment process plan was developed.The results show that the bainite structure can be obtained under the condition of air cooling and continuous cooling.The thermodynamic properties of the alloy is the best with heat treatment at 920 ℃ for 0.5 h and in air cooled.Through the comparison with the experiment, the composition design of the alloy can be calculated by thermodynamics, and the casting process and heat treatment process can be simplified.关键词
