铸造工艺对镁合金高尔夫球杆阻尼性能的影响
Effect of Casting Process on Damping Capacity of Magnesium Alloy for Golf Clubs

Abstract
A new type of Mg-Al-Zn-Ti magnesium alloy samples for golf clubs were prepared by using different casting process parameters, and the damping property of the samples were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the melting temperature gradually increasing from 680 to 760 ℃, the resting time gradually increased from 10 min to 50 min or the pouring temperature gradually increasing from 690 to 750 ℃, the damping coefficient of the sample first increases and then decreases, and the damping property first increases and then decreases.Compared with melting at 680 ℃, the damping coefficient of the alloy is increased by 49% at melting temperature of 720 ℃, and compared with resting for10 min, the damping coefficient of the alloy by resting for 30 min is increased by 33%, while compared with pouring at690 ℃, the damping coefficient of the alloy by 730 ℃ is increased by 25%.The melting temperature, resting time and pouring temperature of the alloy are preferably by 720 ℃, 30 min and 730 ℃, respectively.关键词
