摘要

Abstract

Considering requirements of continuous casting mould vibration state online monitoring and real-time warning, one compatible field control equipment vibration monitoring system was developed.S3 C2410 microcontroller took as system hardware and the core of the measurement terminal, with OPC synchronization measurement and Lab View online monitoring, actual vibration waveform had been displayed, and mould vibration abnormalities can be diagnosed by measured waveform and set deviation of entropy changes.The results show that the system can realize online measurement of the vibration parameters, and when the vibration is abnormal, measure waveform entropy increases and set deviation decrease.
