摘要
Abstract
According to the structural characteristics of a thin-wall magnesium alloy structure, the silica sol investment casting process was designed.And through the computer numerical simulation to optimize casting process parameters.The results show that after four groups of castings and found that the oxide slag can effectively be controlled by the optimized casting process, and the casting dimension accuracy can reach grade CT6, the surface finishing can reach Ra 3.2~6.3, the tensile strength is 230 MPa, the elongation is 3%.Compared with sand casting process, casting dimension precision and surface finish are obviously improved.关键词
