Abstract
Due to the properties of 2 Cr13 special steel, the surface quality problems such as depressions were easy to occur in the process of continuous casting.Aiming at the problem, the surface quality of 2 Cr13 casting billets were optimized by testing the slag parameters and the cooling water strength of the crystallizer.The results show that it is beneficial to eliminate the surface depression of 2 Cr13 martensitic stainless steel billets by lowering the viscosity of mold slag and improving the alkalinity.Under certain conditions, reducing the water flow rate of crystallizer can greatly reduce the generation of deep depression.Optimization of the slag parameters and the water cooling strength of crystallizer can reduce the average surface grinding rate of 2 Cr13 billets.关键词
