摘要

Abstract

The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to analyze the effect of two material constitutive relation models, i.e.BISO and BKIN on stress and strain and springback of constitutive equation for sheet metal forming.Results show that there is no strict in the choice of constitutive equation for the stress and strain in rounded part of sheet metal forming simulation.The choice of material constitutive relation model for steel plate cold bending forming simulation had a greater influence on the springback results, the simulation results of the BKIN model are more close to the real value than using the BISO model.
