网眼状多孔陶瓷支架的冷冻干燥制备及其生物性能
Preparation and Biological Properties of Reticulated Porous Alumina Bio-ceramic Scaffold by Freezing-casting

Abstract
Using crystallized TBA (Tert.-butyl alcohol) solution as template, reticulated macrospores of Al2 O3 bio-ceramic scaffolds were fabricated by the freeze casting.The influence of the pore size of the reticulated macrospores by changing the freezing temperature was investigated.The morphology and biological properties of the reticulated macrospores scaffold with different pore size were investigated.The results show that using crystallized TBA solution as template, the reticulated macrospores showing open porosity are fabricated by the freeze casting, the pore size of the reticulated macrospores is decreased with the freezing temperature lowered.The freezing temperature does not influence its open porosity.Vitro cellular assay indicates that Al2 O3 bio-ceramic scaffolds support the structure of reticulated macrospores with larger size is more conducive to cell growth, cell surface structure clear, spreading in good shape.With the increasing of the pore size of the reticulated pore, the adhesion rate on the scaffolds is gradually increased.关键词
