摘要
Abstract
The finite element soft FORGE was applied to simulate the heavy axial forging continuous stretching in order to avoiding tension stress in the heart zone of forgings and reducing the anisotropy during the processing of heavy forgings production.The effect of different forging parameters, including reduction, the shape of anvil and feed rate, on the forging quality was analyzed.The optimal process of the heavy axial forging is determined by orthogonal experiment.关键词
