益气温阳通络中药联合氨磷汀预防胃肠道肿瘤患者奥沙利铂神经毒性临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo Chinese medicine combined with Amifostine in preventing Oxaliplatin neurotoxicity in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: 82 cases of gastrointestinal cancer in Longyan Second Hospital of Fujian from January 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into groups, 41 cases in each group. Based on the two groups treated with oxaliplatin, calcium folate and fluorouracil, the control group was treated with ammoniacine, and the experimental group was treated with ammoniacine+Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated for a total of 6 cycles. The neurotoxicity of two groups were observed. The sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) and nerve conduction velocity (MCV) were compared before and after treatment. Results (1) The incidence of neurotoxicity in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after 2 cycles, 4 cycles, and 6 cycles of treatment (P＜0.05). After 6 cycle of treatment, the proportion of peripheral neurotoxicity in the grade 1～3 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). (2) There was insignificant difference in MCV of peroneal nerve and median nerve between the two groups before and after treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the SCV of the peroneal nerve and median nerve in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo Chinese medicine combined with Amifostine can effectively prevent Oxaliplatin neurotoxicity in patients with gastrointestinal cancer, and protect the peripheral nerve.关键词
