小柴胡汤治疗小儿流行性感冒有效性及安全性观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Xiao Chaihu Decoction in the treatment of children with influenza. Method 90 children with influenza in our hospital form October 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research subject, The children were randomly divided into observation group ( 45 cases were given Xiaochaihu Decoction treatment and conventional group ( 45 cases were given routine western medicine), compared two groups of clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction. Result There was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group [95.56％ vs.93.33％, P＞0.05], the time of complete fever and clinical recovery time in the observation group [ (54.30±4.40) h vs. ( 80.40±12.60) h, P＜0.05]、[ (35.20±2.50) h vs. ( 60.40±5.45) h, P＜0.05], which were all significantly lower than the control group; the adverse reactions of the children in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group. The rate was significantly lower than that of the control group [2.22％ vs.24.44％, P＜0.05].Conclusion Xiao Chaihu Decoction has significant clinical effect in treating children's influenza, and has few adverse reactions.
