Abstract
Objective: To analysis the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on patients with acute ankle sprain. Methods:80 patients with acute ankle sprains from December 2016-December 2017 in our department were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were routinely treated with plasters.The patients in the observation group were combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of treatment in the control group.All patients were treated for 10 consecutive days, and the efficacy was observed in both groups. Results: After the treatment was completed, the improvement of symptom score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05), the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05), the duration of pain in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment on acute ankle sprain is satisfactory, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
