Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaopi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation. Methods: Sixty patients with spleen-deficiency and stagnation-type functional dyspepsia who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Xiaopi decoction, the control group was treated with domperidone tablets, and the two groups were treated with 14 days as a course of treatment for 2 courses. The changes of TCM syndrome scores and clinical comprehensive effects after treatment were observed. Results: Of the 30 patients in the treatment group, 6 (20.0％) were cured, 12 (40.0％) were markedly effective, 10 (33.33％) were effective, 2 (6.67％) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.33％. In the control group, 3 cases (10.0％) were cured, 9 cases (30.0％) were markedly effective, 9 cases (30.0％) were effective, 9 cases (30.0％) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.0％. The distribution of clinical efficacy in the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. After the TCM syndrome score treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were reduced, and the treatment group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaopi decoction has good curative effect on spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation functional dyspepsia, and is superior to domperidone tablets.关键词
