Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Wuzhuyu acupoint application combined with heating bag therapy on improving gastrointestinal function recovery after maternal surgery. Methods: From the cesarean section of the obstetrics department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017, 200 cesarean section women who met the criteria were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, and the observation group was given Wuzhuyu acupoint application combined with heating bag therapy. The postoperative bowel sounds, exhaust time, defecation time, abdominal distension rate and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups. And the mechanism is analyzed and summarized. Results:The general postpartum care used in the control group was consistent with the existing literature from the bowel sounds, exhaust time, defecation time, and degree of bloating, which are generally representative data. The observation group used the Wuzhuyu acupoint application combined with heating bag therapy and achieved obvious results. The efficacy indexes were lower than the conventional group (P＜0.05), indicating obvious curative effect. Conclusion: After the cesarean section, Wuzhuyu acupoint application combined with heating bag therapy can effectively improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function.关键词
