Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application of personalized nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease。Methods 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January2017 were selected as the study subjects. They randomly were divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group。The control group was given regular nursing care, and on the basis of this, the experimental group was given personalized care. The nursing effect，quality of life score, incidence rate of adverse reactions, and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions and the total incidence rate of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group, the dif -ferences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing, individualized nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve the nursing efficiency and quality of life scores, reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the incidence rate of complications, improve the selfcare ability and quality of life for patients, helps patients better recover their health and is helpful for future clinical medicine, so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
