驻香港部队官兵常见疾病流行病学调查及临床分析
Epidemiological investigation and clinical analysis of common disease in Hong Kong troops

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the incidence, cause and clinical treatment of common disease in Hong Kong garrison troops.Methods:A total of 7 962 soldiers were investigated by questionnaire.The etiology, treatment, and follow-up results were analyzed.Results:Comparing with former years, the incidence of the common disease was lower.There were 212 cases with orthopedics disease, 167 cases with derma disease, 129 cases with urinary disease, 34 cases with general surgery disease, 17 cases with otolaryngology disease, 38 cases with internal medicine disease.Orthopaedic diseases occured during the new entry training and derma diseases occured during summer season in each year.The incidence rate of urology, general surgery, otolaryngology and internal medicine disease in Hong Kong garrison troops were lower than the general population.Conclusion:It still need to strengthen the health education and clinic visiting work.We should take effective preventive measures and treatment programs for reducing the incidence of training injuries, seasonal diseases and specialist disease and enhancing the medical and health support capabilities for Hong Kong garrison troops.关键词
