驻香港部队新兵心理健康状况调查
Investigation of mental health status in Hong Kong troops
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mental health status and the intervention measures of the recruits in Hong Kong troops.Methods:A total of 912 new recruits were investigated in2016-2017 by the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), self-rating depression sacle (SDS), and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), mental health status were analyzed.Results:The 82.0％ were negative and 18.0％ were positive in SDS, 84.5％ were negative and 15.5％ were positive in SAS, 86.1％ were negative and 13.9％ were positive in SCL-90.By using psychological intervention, the incidence of mental problems and mental illness were significantly reduced (P＜0.01).Conclusion:For research the mental health status of new recruits and the actual needs of psychological services, we should find the psychological problems of new recruits as soon as possible and provide psychological intervention and targeted psychological services, which may provide practical experience and theoretical basis for scientific evaluation of the psychological screening, and make psychological intervention measures to new recruits of Hong Kong troops.关键词
