Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical analgesic effect of diclofenac sodium and lidocaine in postperative analgesia of anus diseases in Hong Kong troops.Methods:A total of136 patients with anus disease after operation who were treated in our hospital from January2012 to December 2017 were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups:76 cases in the observation group, who were treated with diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection 2 ml muscle injection, and 60 cases in the control group, who were treated with piperidine hydrochloride 100 mg plus citric acid fentanyl 0.3 g, 8 ml/h pump for 6-8 hours.The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:Observation group had mild but no severe incision pain in 24 hours after operation.Control group had mild incision pain in 12 hours after operation, and 36 patients suffered from severe pain.The efficiency rate and total effective rate in observation group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than that in control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of intramuscular injection of diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride after the surgery of anus disease is better than that of piperidine hydrochloride and fentanyl citrate, the single medication has high satisfactory and reliable curative effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
