军医大学本科生对精神疾病态度的调查分析
Investigation of undergraduates′ attitude towards mental illness in military medical university

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the status and influencing factors of mental illness attitude of undergraduates in military medical university, and to provide scientific reference for the formulation of effective intervention measures and targeted mental health services.Methods:A total of 754 cadets in military medical university were selected as the subjects by convenient cluster sampling, and the questionnaire on mental illness attitude issued by the office of the ministry of health in 2010 was carried out.Results:The total score of mental illness attitude of undergraduate students in military medical university was (36.18±7.11), more than 80％students chose to be negative or hesitant, in which item "6", "9" and "11".The higher grade, the more negative attitude towards mental illness (P＜0.01).Male students had more positive attitude towards mental illness than female students (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in attitude toward mental illness among age, profession, student source, only child or not, soldier student or not (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The undergraduate students of military medical university are more tolerant of mental illness, but the unity of knowledge and practice in work, social and social return remains to be improved.We should focus on guiding the senior and female students to correctly understand mental illness, reduce and change their discrimination.关键词
