摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of biofeedback therapy on chronic functional constipation. Methods:According to the Rome Ⅳ diagnostic criteria, Forty-six patients with chronic functional constipation were treated with biofeedback 2-3 times per week, 10 times for each course of treatment. Then patients had their family training 2-3 times per day during and after treatment. At the end of the 3 months after the treatment, follow-up was performed. The anal canal static pressure, rectal perception threshold, maximum systolic blood pressure and other indicators before and after treatment were recorded. Results:In the 46 patients undergoing treatment, the total effective rate of constipation symptoms was 84.78%.The patients′rectal maximum tolerance, rectal perception threshold, and anal rectal reflex threshold were all decreased compared with before treatment, the result was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of chronic transmission constipation was 75.00%, which was lower than that of outlet obstruction constipation (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between patients of different genders (P>0.05).The constipation symptoms after biofeedback therapy in elderly patients and middle-aged and young patients were all improved, but the differences were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy is effective and safety for chronic functional constipation, and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
