延期开放复位锁定钢板治疗AO-C型Pilon骨折的疗效研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of delayed open reduction and locking plate for internal fixation in treatment of type AO-C Pilon fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 35 patients with type AO-C Pilon fracture from January 2012 to January 2014 treated with open reduction and locking plate were analyzed retrospectively.According to Muller AO classification system, all cases were type C, with 9 cases of type C1, 12 cases of type C2, 14 cases of type C3, 2 cases of openness.The treatment effect and occurrence of complications were compared.Results:All patients had been followed up for 12.0-35.0 months, the average time was 18.0 months.All patients were fracture healing, no deep infection, heal time was 14.0-18.0 weeks, the average time was 15.5 weeks, 1 case of osteoarthritis.According to the Mazur scale scores, excellent in 18 cases, good in 14 cases, fair in 2 cases, bad in 1 case, excellent and good rate was91.4％.Conclusion:Delay open reduction locking plate for internal fixation in treatment of type AO-C pilon fracture, it can benefits early functional exercise, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complication.It is a effective treatment.关键词
