Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of economic factors on pregnancy outcome in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods:A total of 770 patients with intertility from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected in reproductive center.According to economic pressure level, the patients were divided into group A (n=184), group B (n=251) and group C (n=335).All patients were given embryo transfer (ET) and freeze-thaw embryo transfer (FET).Basic data including the age, year of infertility and infertility factors were analyzed, and the differences of biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate between the three groups were compared.Results:The year of intertility in group C were higher than that in group A and group B (P＜0.05).The biochemical pregnancy rate of FET in group A were higher than that in group B (P＜0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of ET in group A were higher than that in group B and group C, the differences were significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Economic factors have a certain effect on the pregnancy outcome in patients undergoing IVF-ET, and patients with severe economic burden and severe economic stress should be paid attention.关键词
