Abstract
Acute mountain sickness (AMS) is a series of inadequate performances that appear in the short-term into the plateau.The lighter ones show some non-specific symptoms.In severe cases, the heart, lungs and brain function may be decompensated.The rapid and accurate diagnosis of AMS have important value to its treatment and prognosis.At present, many researches on AMS have been carried out, the lake Louis scoring system (LLSS), visual analogue scores (VAS), Chinese AMS score (CAS) and blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, blood pressure, catecholamine and other physiological indicators have certain diagnostic value for AMS.This article will give a brief overview of its research status.关键词
