基于扩展计划行为理论的无偿献血意愿影响因素的研究
Influencing factor analysis on voluntary blood donation intentions based on the extended behavior plan theory

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of blood donation intentions based on the extended theory of planned behavior as to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of recruitment strategy. Methods A simple random sampling strategy was applied to acquire subjects. A predesigned questionnaire system was then used to collect information from the research subjects. SPSS 20. 0 was used to generate statistical descriptions and modeling was achieved via AMOS 21. 0. Results 883 valid questionnaires were collected. The modeling results showed that 9 variables, including descriptive norm, self-efficacy, attitude, blood donation anxiety, expected regret, self-identity, subjective norms, past blood donation behavior and moral norm significantly affected blood donation intentions while donation knowledge had no significant impact. Conclusion In the process of blood donation promotion and recruitment, effective measures should be taken considering the influencing factors mentioned above to achieve desired blood donation intention levels.关键词
