两种洗涤红细胞制备方法的比较
Comparison of two preparation methods for washed red blood cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To Compare the washed red blood cells (RBCs) prepared by fully automatic separation machines and the conventional manual method. Methods Washed RBCs were prepared by the two methods according to the regulated quality standard and operation standard. Evaluation of added saline volume, preparation time, preparation information and quality index of washed RBCs were made. Results Washed RBCs prepared by automatic method presented more accurate addition of 0. 9％ Sodium Chloride and was faster. The rate of red blood cell recovery and the removal rate of plasma protein were significantly improved. Conclusion the automatic blood component separation mechanism is better than manual method for preparing RBC in terms of both execution and the quality of blood products.关键词
