Abstract
This study shared the experiences of blood donation promotion and recruitment from the 2017 annual meeting of the Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP). In particular, it introduced the flexible promotion and recruitment methods in foreign countries, which are people-oriented, emphasizing case-specific solutionsdifferent programs for different populations. It also compared and contrasted the promotion and recruitment patterns to the local conditions in China;This study aims to learn from the innovative recruitment ideas from other countries and improve our own deficiencies, which would ultimately enhance the blood donation in China.关键词
