Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of acupotomology therapy combined with joint mobilization for articular dyskinesia after surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods: 50 cases of patients with articular dyskinesia after surgical treatment were treated with acupotomology therapy for local release then combined with joint mobilization, and observed the efficacy. Results: After 1-2 to courses of treatment, patients' pain and swelling had significantly reduced, ROM and walking activity had improved, the AKSS score had increased from 114.94 to 171.64, which reflected that patients' quality of life had greatly improved. Conclusion: Acupotomology therapy combined with joint mobilization has a significant curative effect on articular dyskinesia after surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture.关键词
