手法联合中药治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床观察
Manipulation Combined with Herbal Decoction in Treatment of Lumbar Hyperosteogeny

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of manipulation combined with Chinese herbal decoction for lumbar hyperosteogeny. Methods: 110 cases of patients with lumbar hyperosteogeny were randomly divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases), the control group treated with Chinese herbal external application (Huoxue powder) and oral administration (Buyang Huanwu decoction) while observation group combined with manipulative therapy, and compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 94.5％, which was significantly higher than 76.36％ that of control group (P<0.05); the hospitalization time, disappeared and relief time of pain were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of manipulation combined with Chinese herbal decoction has significant curative effect on lumbar hyperosteogeny, which can promote the recovery of patients and deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
