新型RS泪道硅胶管在泪小管断裂吻合中的应用
Application of new RS lacrimal duct silicone tube for lacrimal canalicular laceration

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of new RS lacrimal duct silicone tube in treating lacrimal canalicular laceration.Methods From May 2014 to May 2017,62 cases (62 eyes) of lacrimal canalicular laceration were collected and studied in department of ophthalmology of our hospital,in whom there were 58 cases with inferior canalicular laceration,1 case with superior canalicular laceration,and 3 case with superior and inferior canalicular laceration.All patients were treated by lacrimal duct anastomosis with new RS lacrimal duct silicone tube under the microscope.The tubes were removed 3 months later and all patients were followed up for 3-6 months.Observed the clinical effect.Results Surgeries in all 62 cases (62 eyes) were successful and the operation lasted 35 to 55 minutes.After 3 months of follow-up,56 eyes were cured,4 eyes improved,and 2 eyes was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.8％ (60/62).Conclusion New RS lacrimal duct silicone tube is effective for lacrimal canalicular laceration,with simple operating procedure,short operation time,high successful rate,few complications,which should be promoted clinically.关键词
