Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of test results of urine glucose combined with urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetic patients.Methods 30 cases of early diabetic kidney injury patients in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy persons during the same period as the control group.Retrospective analysis of c1inical data and diagnosis results of all subjects was performed,with pathological examination results as the gold standard,the levels of urine glucose and urine microalbumin were compared between the two groups,and the accuracy rates of single detection and joint detection.Results The level of urine glucose in the study group was higher than that in the control group [(3.52±1.01) mmol/L vs.(1.98±0.56) mmol/L],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The level of urine microalbumin in the study group was higher than that in the control group [(26.71±4.31) mg/L vs.(16.50±5.13)mg/L],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The accuracy rate of joint detection was higher than that of single detection with urine glucose or urine microalbumin,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Urine glucose and urine microalbumin are the main indicators of early renal damage in diabetic patients,compared with single detection,combined detection has higher accuracy,has important value for early diagnosis and treatment of early renal injury in patients with diabetes mellitus.关键词
