摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment for impacted upper anterior teeth. Methods 86 patients with impacted upper anterior teeth in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated by simple artificial eruption surgery, and the patients in the observation group were given orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, patient satisfaction, and safety of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the observation group, the success rate of treatment was 95.56%,only 2 cases of gingival inflammation occurred, without malocclusion or dentition disorder, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44%.In the control group, the success rate of treatment was 53.66%,5 cases of gingival inflammation,8 cases of malocclusion, and 6 cases of dentition disorder occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 46.34%.The success rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The average treatment time and gingival breaking time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the masticatory function and patient satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment for impacted upper anterior teeth can improve the success rate of treatment, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, promote the eruption of anterior teeth, and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
